4. Refund Policy
Payments made for barcode registration, barcode allocation, documentation, digital services, or consulting services are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced.
Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your account but the transaction fails, please contact our support team with payment proof.
Duplicate payments made for the same order may be refunded after verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.
Once barcode allocation, registration, or related services have started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
